Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Unfortunately, sometimes an order may experience a delay in the delivery process.
If you have not received your order three days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.
Question: Some items are missing from my order. Why?
Answer: Since we work with multiple suppliers, some products may be shipped separately. If items are missing, you will typically receive them within 2 to 3 days.
